Returns and cancellations

Set out below are the terms you agree to with regards to cancelling and returning your purchases from Clicpix Ltd.

Custom Products

Because each Clicpix wall album is individually made they are classed as custom products and all products cut on our premises are considered made to order.  This is in accordance with Trading Standards.  

Cancellations & Changes

If you wish to cancel or change an order or part of an order prior to manufacture, please contact us soon as possible using the contact form and we will do our best accommodate this.  Your order cannot be cancelled or changed if it has entered production.  If, under exceptional circumstances, we are able to accept a cancellation or change request regarding custom products having entered production, it is a goodwill gesture and is not required by UK law.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If the goods you received are defective or incorrect (for example are the wrong size compared to your order) you should contact us within 14 calendar days of accepting delivery.  You can do this through our contact form.  Please ensure that in the event of us organising a carrier to collect your return that you have packaged the product(s) securely and that you have clearly written your return authorisation number on the packaging.  In addition to your consumer rights, you will be given the option to have the product(s) replaced at no charge to you. Failure to inform us after 14 calendar days of you accepting delivery shall constitute a waiver of any such claim.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will start the refund process immediately.  If you cancel an order which has not yet been manufactured, we will initiate your refund immediately or cancel the request for funds from your bank account.  Refund payments will be made to the issuing bank account/card within 7 business days.  An authorised return will result in a full refund covering all costs associated with the product(s) returned. Note that refunds will not be issued for shipping costs if only part of an order is returned.

Unauthorised Returns

Any goods returned without a return authorisation number (this will be given to you when you contact us requesting a return) will be held for 3 months from date of receipt. During that time you will have the option to arrange collection or for us to return the goods to you at your expense.
